Are you worried about wrinkles and fine lines? Do you want a younger skin? This night routine to reduce wrinkles and fine lines includes some of the best skincare actives (like glycolic acid or retinoids) to keep your skin healthy, beautiful and young. Let’s check your new favorite skincare products in this new beauty routine!

Hello! How is it going? You know that lately I’m focusing on sharing with you different beauty routines (like this one for oily skin or this one to reduce wrinkles) to suit the various needs of your skin so that you all can glow.

You know that one of my mantras is to always hydrate the skin o keep it healthy, firm and young. However, we often find that our skin is especially dehydrated and drinks more than usual (especially now during winter, having to face the cold, wind and other elements that damage it). So, today I’m bringing you a routine specially designed to nourish and moisturize your skin in depth.

In this night routine for dehydrated skin I have included the following products:

.

1. THE ORDINARY SQUALANE CLEANSER.

tarting your routine with a good cleanser is key. Here you can check my complete review of this oil-based cleanser by The Ordinary. If you don’t double cleanse yet, in this other post I explain what double cleansing is and how to do it. Once you start doing it, you’ll manage to get a clean skin while respecting your skin barrier, it’s the perfect combination for wiping sunscreen and makeup.

INGREDIENTS:
Squalane, Aqua (Water), Coco-Caprylate/Caprate, Glycerin, Sucrose Stearate, Ethyl Macadamiate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Sucrose Laurate, Hydrogenated Starch Hydrolysate, Sucrose Dilaurate, Sucrose Trilaurate, Polyacrylate Crosspolymer-6, Isoceteth-20, Sodium Polyacrylate, Tocopherol, Hydroxymethoxyphenyl Decanone, Trisodium Ethylenediamine Disuccinate, Malic Acid, Ethylhexylglycerin, Chlorphenesin.

You can get the The Ordinary Squalane Cleanser on DECIEM (recommended) and on SkinStore.

2. YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE SUPERFOOD FACE WASH.

A good cleanse will help you get rid of all the particles that have been deposited on the skin throughout the day. This cleanser gives you everything your skin needs to keep it clean while nourishing it with antioxidants and preventing it from drying, due to the effect of green tea, spinach and kale. It’s easy to think that a good cleanser is one that leaves us a squeaky-clean feeling, but good cleansers leave the skin soft and hydrated.

INGREDIENTS:
Water/Aqua/Eau (Aqua), Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Butylene Glycol, Panthenol, Phenoxyethanol, Ascorbic Acid, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Tocopheryl Acetate, Lecithin, Brassica Oleracea Capitata (Kale) leaf extract, Camellia sinensis (Green Tea) leaf extract, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower extract, Medicago Sativa (Alfalfa) leaf extract, Spinacia Oleracea (Spinach) leaf extract, Potassium Sorbate, Parfum, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Glycerin, Sodium Benzoate, Ci 75810.

You can get the Youth to the People Superfood Face Wash on Amazon.

3. THE ORDINARY GLYCOLIC ACID 7% TONING SOLUTION.

At this point you should know that the toner is an important part of your beauty routine. With it, you get to prepare your skin for the rest of the products you are going to apply. In this case, specifically, because it is a toner with glycolic acid (which you’ll remember that it’s an Alpha Hydroxy acid or AHA), you get to remove dead skin cells from your skin’s surface. As you know, you shouldn’t use exfoliating acids daily, so the nights you don’t apply this you could include in your routines this other Pyunkang Yul cleanser.

INGREDIENTS:
Aqua (Water), Glycolic acid, Rosa damascena flower water, Centaurea cyanus flower water, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Water, Propanediol, Glycerin, Triethanolamine, Aminomethyl propanol, Panax Ginseng Root extract, Tasmannia Lanceolata Fruit/Leaf Extract, Aspartic Acid, Alanine, glycine, Serine, Valine, Isoleucine, Proline, Threonine, Histidine, Phenylalanine, Glutamic Acid, arginine, PCA, sodium pca, sodium lactate, Fructose, Glucose, sucrose, Urea, Hexyl nicotine, Dextrin, Citric Acid, Polysorbate 20, Gellan Gum, trisodium Ethylenediamine Disuccinate, sodium Chloride, Hexylene Glycol, Potassium Sorbate, sodium Benzoate, 1.2-Hexanediol, Caprylyl Glycol.

You can get the The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution on DECIEM (recommended), on SkinStore and on FeelUnique.

.

4. THE ORDINARY BUFFET (NOW CALLED MULTI-PEPTIDE + HA SERUM).

Normally, when our skin is especially dehydrated we notice that it lacks glow and firmness, as it needs an extra nutrition. With this serum we contribute with a good dose of peptides in order to promote the production of collagen and to achieve a firmer and smoother skin. Remember that this serum should not be combined with acids, so you should use it on the nights you don’t apply the glycolic acid toner.

INGREDIENTS:
Aqua (Water), Glycerin, Lactococcus Ferment Lysate, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, Pentapeptide-18, Palmitoyl tripeptide-1, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, Palmitoyl tripeptide-38, Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide diacetate, Acetylarginyltryptophyl Diphenylglycine, sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer, sodium Hyaluronate, Allantoin, glycine, Alanine, Serine, Valine, Isoleucine, Proline, Threonine, Histidine, Phenylalanine, arginine, Aspartic acid, Trehalose, Fructose, Glucose, Matose, Urea, sodium pca, PCA, sodium lactate, Citric Acid, Hydroxypropyl Cyclodextrin, sodium Chloride, sodium Hydroxide, Butylene glycol, Pentylene glycol, Acacia Senegal gum, Xanthan gum, Carbomer, Polysorbate 20 , PPG-26-Buteth-26, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, trisodium Ethylenediamine Disuccinate, Ethoxydiglycol, Sodium Benzoate, Caprylyl Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Phenoxyethanol, Chlorphenesin.

You can get the serum The Ordinary Buffet (now called Multi-Peptide + HA Serum) on DECIEM (recommended), on SkinStore and on FeelUnique.

5. THE ORDINARY GRANACTIVE RETINOID 2% EMULSION.

You know me well, and you will find that for me one of the cornerstones of the beauty routines are the serums. This type of products give us that extra dose of nutrition that the rest of products do not provide us. In this case, The Ordinary have developed an easy retinoid formula (about which you can read more here) avoiding the irritation that it normally gives us.

INGREDIENTS:
Aqua (Water), Glycerin, Ethyl Linoleate, Propanediol, Caprylic/copric Triglyceride, Dimethyl isosorbide, Cetearyl Isononanoate, Bisabolol, Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate, retinol, Tasmannia Lanceolata Fruit/Leaf Extract, Inulin Lauryl Carbamate, Glyceryl Stearate, Ceteareth-12, Ceteareth-20, Cetearyl Alcohol, Carrageenan, Xanthan gum, Acacia Senegal gum, Cetyl palmitate, sucrose Laurae, Polysorbate 20, Isoceteth-20, Behentrimonium Chloride, Trisodium Ethylenediamine Disuccinate, disodium EDTA, Dehydroacetic acid, benzoic acid, Ethylhexylglycerin, Phenoxyethanol, Chlorphenesin.

You can get the serum The Ordinary Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion on DECIEM (recommended), on SkinStore and on FeelUnique.

6. THE ORDINARY CAFFEINE SOLUTION 5% + ECGC.

You know that I love this eye contour, since I started to include it in my beauty routines I can’t stop using it. You may remember that I already spoke to you about it in more detail in its review. A good eye contour is fundamental to have an active, youthful and much more expressive look. In this case, caffeine and ECGC (a compound derived from green tea leaves) provide incredible antioxidant properties to reduce bags and dark circles of the area around the eyes. What do you think?

INGREDIENTS:
Aqua (Water), Caffeine, Maltodextrin, Glycerin, Propanediol, Epigallocatechin Gallatyl Glucoside, Gallyl Glucoside, Hyaluronic Acid, Oxidized Glutathione, Melanin, glycine Soybean (Soybean) Seed Extract, Urea, Pentylene Glycol, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Polyacrylate Crosspolymer-6, Xanthan gum, lactic acid, Dehydroacetic acid, trisodium Ethylenediamine Disuccinate, Propyl Gallate, Dimethyl isosorbide, Benzyl Alcohol, 1.2- Hexanediol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol.

7. YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE AGE PREVENTION SUPERFOOD EYE CREAM.

Long ago I wouldn’t have thought of combining two eye contours to reduce dark circles, but today I think it is the most effective solution, especially for the days I am more tired or stressed. This eye contour by Youth to the People gives us an additional dose of antioxidants and nutrients to increase the effect of the one I mentioned above and get a much more rejuvenated look.

Water/Aqua/Eau (Aqua), Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil, Stearic acid, Glycerin, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetyl Alcohol, Ascorbic acid, Lecithin, Panthenol, Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer, Tocopheryl Acetate, Phenoxyethanol, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Potassium Sorbate, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe) leaf extract, Brassica Oleracea Capitata (Kale) leaf extract, Camellia sinensis (Green Tea) leaf extract, Chamomilla Recutita ( Matricaria) Flower Extract, Medicago Sativa (Alfalfa) leaf extract, Spinacia Oleracea (Spinach) leaf extract, Parfum, Pentylene Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Magnesium Chloride, Palmitoyl dipeptide-5 Diaminobutyroyl Hydroxythreonine, Palmitoyl tripeptide-5 , Tetradecyl Aminobutyroylvalylaminobutyric Urea Trifluoroacetate, Benzyl Benzoate, Citronellol, Hexyl Cinnamal, limonene, Linalool.

.

8. YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE SUPERFOOD MOISTURE CREAM.

A beauty routine is barely useless without a good moisturizer to finish it. In this case, Youth to the People has developed a nutritious moisturizing cream that’s loaded with antioxidants due to its composition rich in kale, spinach, green tea and hyaluronic acid. This moisturizer is perfect for dehydrated skin, since it allows the skin to restore its water levels while increasing the firmness of the skin, better impossible.

INGREDIENTS:
Water, Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil, Stearic acid, Glycerin, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetyl Alcohol, Ascorbic acid, Lecithin, Panthenol, Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer, Tocopheryl Acetate, Phenoxyethanol, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Potassium Sorbate, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe) leaf extract, Brassica Oleracea Capitata (Kale) leaf extract, Camellia sinensis (Green Tea) leaf extract, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower extract, Medicago Sativa (Alfalfa) leaf extract, Spinacia Oleracea (Spinach) leaf extract, Parfum, Pentylene Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Magnesium Chloride, Palmitoyl dipeptide-5 Diaminobutyroyl Hydroxythreonine, Palmitoyl tripeptide-5, Tetradecyl Aminobutyroylvalylaminobutyric Urea Trifluoroacetate, Benzyl Benzoate, Citronellol, Hexyl Cinnamal, limonene, Linalool.

9. NUXE RÊVE DE MIEL.

For me, a night routine is not really over until I finish with a good lip balm. This one by Nuxe is perfect for those who have a tendency to dry and cracked lips (I don’t know about you, but for me the winter is very hard in that regard). This lip balm is rich and dense, so during the night it will work and in the morning you will find your lips hydrated, soft and protected.

INGREDIENTS:
Acacia Honey 5%, Shea Butter 13%, Plant Oils (Chilean Rose, Sweet Almond) 9.5%, Grapefruit Essence 2.5%, Vitamin E 1%. Beeswax, Shea Butter 13%, vegetable oil, Lecithin, Behenoxy Dimethicone, Sweet Almond oil 8.5%, Honey 5%, Dimethicone, Octinoxate, Grapefruit oil, Caprylic/pricy Triglyceride, Hydrogenated vegetable oil, Soybean oil, Rosa Moschata oil, Tocopheryl Acetate, Tocopherol, Allantoin, Lemon Oil, Candelilla Wax, Calendula Extract.
