I will start the review of this eye contour saying that I am not particularly happy with this product. It is an anti-dark circles roll-on that gives me a good relaxing effect immediately but does not give me anything real results in the long term.

As you know, it is essential to find a good eye contour that meets our needs in order to reduce the signs of aging, so visible in our eyes. The skin near the lower eyelid is always thinner, which is why it has the tendency that we all know to show dark circles and bags. If we want to avoid its appearance (or if we want to reduce its visibility) we should look for good treatments that act effectively on the area, hydrating it, improving blood flow and reducing (as far as possible) the pigmentation. For the record, this serum has not given me the feeling of being especially effective, but that won’t stop me from looking for others that do give me good results.

By using this L’Oreal Men Expert Hydra Energetic you can quickly feel how the area cools down, but in my opinion it is only due to the effect of the roll-on metal ball. After a few seconds it is as if I had not used anything, so it does not give me the feeling of being really useful. In some blogs I have read that it can be kept in the fridge for a longer refreshing effect, although at the end of the day it will not provide the effective results I was talking about before. I bought this eye contour looking for a product that really activated me, relieving the symptoms of fatigue that are visible in the eyes and reducing dark circles and bags, but I have to admit that it does not make it.

Among its ingredients, it has caffeine (to decongest the area), vitamin C (with antioxidant properties), vitamin B5 (with anti-inflammatory effect) and Haloxyl (which diminishes the pigmentation that gives dark circles its characteristic bluish color).

The package is small, with a metal applicator to provide a cool sensation, which is more relaxing when using it. It is comfortable and simple to use, although being opaque plastic there is no way to know the amount of product that you have left. I do not like that the packaging does not include instructions or any type of data, I see it excessively simplistic.

As I have said, it gives me a fresh feeling of instant relaxation, but I do not feel that it has eased my dark circles at all. I think it’s a good solution to revitalize the look a little, but do not expect great results. It is not the investment of your lives. I, of course, have very clear that I will not buy it again.

HOW TO USE:
I use it in the mornings, after washing my face with soap, put on the toner and the moisturizer. I apply it from the inside to the outside of the bottom of the eye, gently and without pressing. Then I lightly tap the area with the fingertips for a better effect.
