🇪🇸▼ Mists are a comfortable, easy and simple way to boost hydration while adding a little extra “something” to our skincare routines. They’re clearly not necessary for a skincare routine, but I find them truly enjoyable. Are they extra? Yes. Can they provide with better hydration and maybe some antioxidants? Yes. Actually, the only one I keep on using is the NIOD (@deciem) SDSM2, which contains superoxide dismutase, one of my favorite antioxidants and has become a real staple in my AM routines. _ Las brumas son una forma cómoda y sencilla de mejorar la hidratación a la vez que añadimos algo especial a nuestras rutinas de belleza. No son necesarias en una rutina de belleza, pero yo las disfruto mucho. ¿Son un extra? Sí. ¿Te aportan una mejor hidratación y quizás antioxidantes? Sí. 🇪🇸▼ How about we talk about two iconic first cleansers? Today I want to share my thoughts about these two products, a couple that many of you love: The Ordinary (@deciem) Squalane Cleanser and @theinkeylist Oat Cleansing Balm. As usual, you can read a more comprehensive comparison of both on my blog (link in bio). I tried first the cleanser from The Ordinary and it became a true staple of my PM routines for such a long time. It leaves a great finish on the skin, it cleanses makeup and sunscreen quite well and it’s an overall effective product I really enjoy for daily use. In my opinion, the one from The Inkey List works a bit better at removing makeup, but I noticed a greasier finish on my skin, so I prefer using it to cleanse said makeup or especially thick sunscreens. ¿Qué tal si hablamos de dos primeros limpiadores que se han convertido en clásicos? Hoy quiero hablaros acerca de dos productos que a muchos os encantan: el Squalane Cleanser de The Ordinary y el Oat Cleansing Balm de The Inkey List. Como siempre, puedes leer una comparativa más detallada en mi blog (link en mi perfil). El primero que probé fue el limpiador de The Ordinary y se convirtió en un básico de mis rutinas de noche durante bastante tiempo. Deja un buen acabado sobre la piel, retira el maquillaje y el protector solar adecuadamente y en general es un producto eficaz que me gusta para utilizar a diario. Para mí, el limpiador de The Inkey List funciona algo mejor al retirar el maquillaje, pero también he podido observar un acabado algo más graso, así que prefiero utilizarlo para desmaquillar o retirar protectores solares especialmente densos. ¿Has probado alguno de ellos? ¿Cuál te gusta más? ¡Dímelo en comentarios! PR | It’s no secret that I love a good antioxidant, they’re a key part of all my AM routines, since they complement the activity of sunscreen by preventing the damage from free radicals. Ultraviolet radiation is our skin’s greatest enemy, so I find all protection from it positive. This SDSM2 mist by NIOD (@deciem) has been part of my morning routines for quite some time now, and every single day I’m thrilled to use it. 🇪🇸▼ Love yourself. We have the unhealthy habit of seeing ourselves with a rough perspective. Mistakes are heavier when we commit them and we attribute success to chance or luck. Instead of appreciating the good in ourselves, we spend our lives more focused in who we want to be than in who we are. I’m guilty of seeing my actions with an excessively meticulous approach. I’m often blinded by what I dislike. Learning to see ourselves with fresh eyes requires time, patience and understanding, but it’s not impossible. If I had to pick a trait I like about myself, it’d be my curiosity. The world around us is fascinating, and being able to live a time in which all of mankind’s knowledge is actually accessible is an opportunity I won’t miss. 14th February is a day like any other, but I will take this chance to remind you to love yourself and appreciate what’s good from you. Whether you need to read it or not, you’re important and unique, this is our only chance of enjoying life!

Los errores pesan más cuando los cometemos nosotros y los aciertos son, en mayor medida, fruto del azar o la suerte. En lugar de apreciar lo bueno que albergamos, vivimos más pendientes de cuanto aspiramos a ser que de quién somos. Yo soy el primero que se mira a sí mismo con excesiva minuciosidad, con frecuencia me ciega aquello que no me gusta. Aprender a vernos con buenos ojos no es sencillo, requiere de tiempo, paciencia y comprensión, pero es posible conseguirlo. De hecho, si tuviera que quedarme con un rasgo que me gusta de mí mismo, sería mi curiosidad. El mundo que nos rodea me parece fascinante, y tener la posibilidad de vivir una época en que todo el conocimiento humano está a nuestro alcance es una oportunidad que no quiero dejar pasar. El 14 de febrero es un día como otro cualquiera, pero yo quiero aprovechar la ocasión para recordarte que te quieras y que aprecies todo lo bueno que hay en ti. Tanto si necesitas leerlo como si no, recuerda que eres importante, eres una persona única y esta es la única oportunidad de disfrutar de la vida, así que más vale aprovecharla.
