Night routine to reduce wrinkles

Header The Moisturizer - Night routine to reduce wrinkles
If you’re worried about wrinkles and fine lines, the right night skincare routine is key. There are many amazing skincare actives, but you have to choose the best to keep your skin young and beautiful. In this night routine to reduce wrinkles I’ve included some favorites, let’s see how they fit your PM beauty routines!

Hello! Lately I have received a lot of messages asking for advice to improve your beauty routines. It is true that for a while I have a little neglected the routine section, but do not worry, from now on I will put the batteries and I will share with you many more routines that suit your needs so you can give to your skin what you need.

Sooner or later, we all start worrying about the first wrinkles and fine lines. After all, who does not want to be forever young? Of course, we have to accept them as part of our life, they are an expression of our emotions and they are part of our history and of who we are.

In any case, I really wanted to share with you a good routine that helps you reduce wrinkles. Of course, as you know, the most important thing is to be very consistent with our skincare routines and never leave them aside (it doesn’t matter how tired you are).

In this routine I will talk about several great products to have a younger and more active look. Keep in mind that some combinations are a bit tricky, so check my guide on combining cosmetics to avoid damaging your skin barrier! These are the products I have included:

.

1. THE ORDINARY SQUALANE CLEANSER.

As you may remember from the review of this oil-based cleanser by The Ordinary, it’s key to begin all PM routines with a double cleanse. Double cleansing is key to gently clean makeup, sunscreen and all other particles from our skin’s surface. That way, you’ll get rid of all the dirt while keeping your skin barrier healthy.

INGREDIENTS:
Squalane, Aqua (Water), Coco-Caprylate/Caprate, Glycerin, Sucrose Stearate, Ethyl Macadamiate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Sucrose Laurate, Hydrogenated Starch Hydrolysate, Sucrose Dilaurate, Sucrose Trilaurate, Polyacrylate Crosspolymer-6, Isoceteth-20, Sodium Polyacrylate, Tocopherol, Hydroxymethoxyphenyl Decanone, Trisodium Ethylenediamine Disuccinate, Malic Acid, Ethylhexylglycerin, Chlorphenesin.

You can get the The Ordinary Squalane Cleanser on DECIEM (recommended) and on SkinStore.

2. YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE SUPERFOOD FACE WASH.

You already know that cleansing is one of the most important steps of our beauty routine. With it we remove all the remaining particles from our skin, getting it ready to be recharged, nourished and hydrated.

This cleanser incorporates among its ingredients kale and spinach, loaded with powerful antioxidants that help prevent the signs of aging, green tea, which helps repair damage from solar radiation and maintain hydration of the skin and alfalfa, loaded with vitamins and minerals.

INGREDIENTS:
Water, Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Butylene Glycol, Panthenol, Phenoxyethanol, Ascorbic Acid, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Tocopheryl Acetate, Lecithin, Brassica Oleracea Capitata (Kale) Leaf Extract, Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf Extract, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Medicago Sativa (Alfalfa) Leaf Extract, Spinacia Oleracea (Spinach) Leaf Extract, Potassium Sorbate, Parfum, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Glycerin, Sodium Benzoate, Ci 75810.

You can get the Youth to the People Superfood Face Wash on Amazon.

3. PIXI GLOW TONIC.

A good toner will help us prepare our skin for the products we will apply afterwards. Glycolic acid is an AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid). This makes it an ideal component in your skincare routines when it comes to gently exfoliating the skin, removing dead cells. With this toner you will help keep your skin firm and elastic. Since we shouldn’t use exfoliating acids on a daily basis (especially when we start including them in our routines), you could combine this product with an hydrating toner like this Pyunkang Yul one.

INGREDIENTS:
Water/Aqua/Eau, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Glycolic Acid, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Sodium Hydroxide, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Leaf Extract, Aesculus Hippocastanum (Horse Chestnut) Seed Extract, Hexylene Glycol, Fructose, Glucose, Sucrose, Urea, Dextrin, Alanine, Glutamic Acid, Aspartic Acid, Hexyl Nicotinate, Panax Ginseng Root Extract, Ethylhexylglycerin, Disodium EDTA, Biotin, Panthenol, PPG-26-Buteth-26, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance (Parfum), Caramel, Red 4 (CI 14700).

You can get the Pixi Glow Tonic on Amazon..

4. THE ORDINARY HYALURONIC ACID 2% + B5.

In this post I spoke to you in greater depth about this serum. Those of you who know me well already know that it is a fundamental part of my beauty routines. Not only helps keep skin smooth and well hydrated, but reacts beautifully with other serums that you can incorporate into your routine, is not it great?

You already know that hyaluronic acid is capable of supporting up to a thousand times its molecular weight in water, which allows this serum hydrate your skin in depth but also at a surface level (thanks also to the action of vitamin B5). Although its texture may be a little uncomfortable at first, when combined with other products it’s the ideal serum, I recommend it completely.

INGREDIENTS:
Aqua (Water), Sodium Hyaluronate, Pentylene Gycol, Propanediol, Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer, Panthenol, Ahnfeltia Concinna Extract, Glycerin, Trisodium Ethylenediamine Disuccinate, Citric Acid, Isoceteth-20, Ethoxydiglycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Hexylene Glycol, 1.2-Hexanediol, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol.

You can get the serum The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 on DECIEM (recommended), on SkinStore and on FeelUnique.

5. THE ORDINARY GRANACTIVE RETINOID 2% EMULSION.

You can read my complete review of this serum here. Even though you shouldn’t combine retinoids with acids, as I explain on my guide on retinoids, this is a great addition to keep our skin young. This product incorporates a new type of retinoids that help reduce the signs of aging while avoiding the possible irritation that retinol causes. In combination with the Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5, you will have a great anti-aging cocktail.

INGREDIENTS:
Aqua (Water), Glycerin, Ethyl Linoleate, Propanediol, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Dimethyl Isosorbide, Cetearyl Isononanoate, Bisabolol, Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate, Retinol, Tasmannia Lanceolata Fruit/Leaf Extract, Inulin Lauryl Carbamate, Glyceryl Stearate, Ceteareth-12, Ceteareth-20, Cetearyl Alcohol, Carrageenan, Xanthan gum, Acacia Senegal Gum, Cetyl Palmitate, Sucrose Laurate, Polysorbate 20, Isoceteth-20, Behentrimonium Chloride, Trisodium Ethylenediamine Disuccinate, Disodium EDTA, Dehydroacetic Acid, Benzoic Acid, Ethylhexylglycerin, Phenoxyethanol, Chlorphenesin.

You can get the serum The Ordinary Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion on DECIEM (recommended), on SkinStore and on FeelUnique.

6. THE ORDINARY CAFFEINE SOLUTION 5% + ECGC.

This eye contour is one of my reference products of The Ordinary, as I told you in more detail in its review. It is an effective and comfortable eye contour, what else can you ask for?

Since I started using this eye contour I have noticed an incredible improvement in my dark circles, it gives me a much younger and more active look. Its composition, rich in antioxidants, allows us to improve the blood flow in the area while rejuvenating our appearance, so it is, in my opinion, the perfect eye contour.

INGREDIENTS:
Aqua (Water), Caffeine, Maltodectrin, Glycerin, Propanediol, Epigallocatechin, Gallatyl Glucoside, Gallyl Glucoside, Hyaluronic Acid, Oxidized Glutathione, Melanin, Glycine Soja (Soybean) Seed Extract, Pentylene Glycol, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Polyacrylate Crosspoymer-6, Xanthan Gum, Lactic Acid, Dehydroacetic Acid, Trisodium Ethylenediamine Disuccinate, Propyl Gallate, Dimethyl Isosorbide, Benzyl Alcohol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Ethylhecylglycerin, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol.

7. YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE AGE PREVENTION SUPERFOOD EYE CREAM.

This eye contour has been a discovery. It had not occurred to me the possibility of combining two eye contours, but in this case the result is magnificent. The cream texture of this Youth to the People provides great hydration.

When I started using two eye contours I noticed an immediate improvement. The day after I began to combine them, I began to see my dark circles looking much lighter, and little by little the effect was improving during the following days. If you notice the most tired look and want to give yourself a good boost of energy and a revitalized aspect, using this eye contour is your solution.

8. YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE SUPERFOOD MOISTURE CREAM.

A good moisturizer is fundamental to have a young and healthy appearance and well nourished skin. When we think of a basic skincare routine it should include a good cleanse and moisturizing (and sunscreen in the AM, of course).

With this moisturizer, rich in kale and spinach, get a good dose of antioxidants that accompany hyaluronic acid to hydrate your skin in depth, isn’t that great?

INGREDIENTS:
Water/Aqua/Eau(Aqua), Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Lecithin, Butylene Glycol, Panthenol, Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer, Tocopheryl Acetate, Phenoxyethanol, Ascorbic Acid, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Brassica Oleracea Capitata (Kale) Leaf Extract, Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf Extract, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Medicago Sativa (Alfalfa) Leaf Extract, Spinacia Oleracea (Spinach) Leaf Extract, Potassium Sorbate, Parfum, Hyaluronic Acid, Pentylene Glycol, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Ethylhexylglycerin, Sodium Benzoate, Ci 75810, Benzyl Benzoate, Citronellol, Hexyl Cinnamal, Limonene, Linalool.

9. NUXE RÊVE DE MIEL.

For me, a night routine is not over until I use a good lip balm. This one in particular is a little dense to use while you are working or at any other time of day, but to let it act during the night is perfect.

With this Nuxe lip balm you will provide your lips with the hydration and nutrition necessary to recover after the whole day facing cold, wind, hot meals, etc. In the morning you will notice your lips as new, ready for a new day.

INGREDIENTS:
Acacia Honey 5%, Shea Butter 13%, Plant Oils (Chilean Rose, Sweet Almond) 9.5%, Grapefruit Essence 2.5%, Vitamin E 1%. Beeswax, Shea Butter 13%, Vegetable Oil, Lecithin, Behenoxy Dimethicone, Sweet Almond Oil 8.5%, Honey 5%, Dimethicone, Octinoxate, Grapefruit Oil, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Soybean Oil, Rosa Moschata Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate, Tocopherol, Allantoin, Lemon Oil, Candelilla Wax, Calendula Extract.

You can get the Nuxe Rêve de Miel on FeelUnique.

Soon I will also share a morning routine to help you with the wrinkles, but meanwhile here you have a good advice: never forget your sunscreen. As I mentioned, in the coming weeks I will continue to share other routines to help you face other common skin problems.

What do you think of this routine? Have you already begun to include some of the products I mentioned here in your routines?
