Morning routine to reduce wrinkles

Header The Moisturizer - Morning routine to reduce wrinkles
Are you worried about wrinkles? A good skincare routine can help you reduce those wrinkles and fine lines that worry you. In this morning routine to reduce wrinkles you’ll find cosmetics from great brands such as NIOD, The Ordinary, Youth to the People and La Roche-Posay so you can keep your skin young and healthy!

Hello hello! How are you? It’s been a while since I last published a routine and now that the good weather is coming it’s time to share a new one. Today I’m going to talk about a few products that will come great in your morning routine to reduce wrinkles and fine lines.

As you know well (I’ve already told you a couple times), over time the skin loses elasticity and firmness, as it stops producing collagen with the same energy as when we are younger. What can we do? Help it produce more collagen. There are several tricks that I will talk about throughout the post, you’ll see!

With this routine you will reduce wrinkles and fine lines by giving your skin a good dose of nutrition. Do you know that one guy who told you that “you’re fine… for your age“? Well, he’ll be shocked! In addition, in combination with the night routine to reduce wrinkles, you will get a fantastic result.

In this routine I have included more products than usual. Of course, you can do a simpler routine, selecting only a few of the products that appear here, but my intention is to give you as many ideas as possible so that you choose the ones you want to use. Specifically, in this routine I will teach you how to help your skin with these products:

.

1. YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE SUPERFOOD FACE WASH.

You will remember this cleanser from other posts as my night routine for dehydrated skin. For a beauty routine to be effective it is necessary to wash your face with a good, specific product that helps us to remove particles, dead cells and pollution. It is important to use a good product that is not too aggressive so that the skin is not dehydrated, and this cleanser, which is also loaded with antioxidants, is a great choice. However, if you have combination or oily skin I’d advise you to switch if for a gentler solution, such as this other one from Cerave, which you can find on Amazon and on Lookfantastic and that works great on dry and normal skin.

INGREDIENTS:
Water/Aqua/Eau (Aqua), Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Butylene Glycol, Panthenol, Phenoxyethanol, Ascorbic Acid, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Tocopheryl Acetate, Lecithin, Brassica Oleracea Capitata (Kale) Leaf Extract, Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf Extract, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Medicago Sativa (Alfalfa) Leaf Extract, Spinacia Oleracea (Spinach) Leaf Extract, Potassium Sorbate, Parfum, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Glycerin, Sodium Benzoate, Ci 75810.

You can get the Youth to the People Superfood Face Wash on Amazon.

2. PYUNKANG YUL ESSENCE TONER.

I already told you in detail about this toner in its own review. The toner is a great way to hydrate our skin, so that it goes back to normal after our cleansing. In this case, Pyunkang Yul have developed a very nourishing and hydrating product that works great on all types of skin (even the most sensitive ones). This is, without a doubt, one of my favorite toners, and it will come great to moisturize your skin in depth.

INGREDIENTS:
Coptis Japonica Root Extract, Butylene Glycol, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, 1,2-Hexanediol, Stearic Acid, Polysorbate 60, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate, Sorbitan Sesquioleate, Glyceryl Caprylate, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Carbomer, Arginine, Dimethicone.

You can get the Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner on Yesstyle and on Jolse.

3. NIOD COPPER AMINO-ISOLATE SERUM 2:1 (CAIS 2).

This NIOD serum (which, for those who do not know, is one of the lines of DECIEM, the same company behind The Ordinary, The Chemistry Brand and Hylamide, among other brands), is one of their most iconic products, and when I started using it I understood why: it is a great solution to nourish the skin in depth with an incredible dose of peptides (which help improve collagen production and thus reduce the visibility of wrinkles and lines of expression). If you are looking for a good anti-wrinkle serum, this is the one. When you receive it, do not be surprised to receive two products in the same box: you will have to combine the copper concentrate with the activator to find the final product.

INGREDIENTS:

Activator:
Aqua (Water), Glycerin, Tripeptide-29, Tripeptide-1, Myristoyl Nonapeptide-3, Trifluoroacetyl Tripeptide-2, Acetyl Tetrapeptide-2, Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer, Glycogen, Propanediol, Pentylene Glycol, Dextran, Dimethyl Isosorbide, Ethoxydiglycol, Isoceteth-20, Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment Filtrate, Caprylyl Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Phenoxyethanol, Chlorphenesin.

Copper concentrate:
Aqua (Water), Copper Gluconate, Isoceteth-20, Phenoxyethanol, Chlorphenesin.

You can get the serum NIOD Copper Amino-Isolate Serum 2:1 (CAIS 2) on DECIEM (recommended).

4. ERE PEREZ QUANDONG GREEN BOOSTER.

Antioxidants are essential to help our skin stay protected from all the damage it faces on a daily basis. As time passes, the skin is increasingly vulnerable to pollution, wind, cold, etc., so by applying a good antioxidant booster we make sure we can cope well with them. In this case, Ere Perez have developed an effective and comfortable product that you can use every day, I love it and I am sure that your skin will love it too.

INGREDIENTS:
Water, Glycerin, Levulinic Acid, Quandong (Santalum Acuminatum) Fruit Extract, Alfalfa (Medicago Sativa) Leaf Extract, Raspberry (Rubus Idaeus) Seed Oil, Spinach (Spinacia Oleracea) Leaf Extract, Jojoba (Simmondsia Chinensis) Seed Oil, Sunflower (Helianthus Annuus) Seed Oil, Chlorophyllin-Copper Complex, Lactic Acid, P-Anisic Acid, Sodium Hyaluronate, Resveratrol, Sodium Hydroxide, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Xanthan Gum.

Hyaluronic acid is one of the basic ingredients of any beauty routine. Why? Because it helps to improve the effectiveness of the moisturizer you use next, helping you better absorb water. I already talked to you in more detail about this serum in its own review, which you can read here. The Ordinary developed a product very rich in hyaluronic acid that helps your skin to obtain deep hydration and, thanks to vitamin B5, to hydrate also at a more superficial level.
